01 — Surface Engineering

Digital print + surface engineering

INNOMASTER panels begin as high-resolution digital designs from our Modena studio. Using 6-color digital printing and the Swedish NCS color system, we reproduce wood, stone, fabric, marble, and custom patterns with exceptional fidelity.

Surface finishing options include soft-touch PET films, UV-cured wear layers, and EB-cured coatings — each selected to match the performance requirements of the target application.

02 — Core Technologies

The technology stack

01

Digital Print Technology

High-definition digital printing with 6-color systems and Swedish NCS color matching, delivering realistic wood, stone, fabric, and custom patterns.

02

EB (Electron Beam) Curing

Electron beam curing creates a highly durable, stain-resistant surface with zero VOC emissions and exceptional color stability.

03

EIR 3D Embossing

Embossed-in-Register technology aligns physical texture with printed visuals for authentic wood, stone, and fabric tactile surfaces.

04

SPC & LCB Core Materials

Stone Plastic Composite (SPC) provides 100% waterproof performance, while Lightweight Calcium Silicate Board (LCB) delivers A1 non-combustible fire rating.

05

Italian Original Design

Design center in Modena, Italy creates original patterns and surface finishes tailored for global interior trends.

06

Direct-Bond Installation

Dry installation using structural adhesive over existing substrates — no demolition, no cement mortar, no waterproofing membrane required.

03 — Electron Beam (EB) Curing

EB curing coating provides the panel surface with superior physical properties.

INNOMASTER is one of the first companies worldwide to adopt electron beam curing for the mass production of wall panels and flooring. EB curing reaches a cure degree above 99% — compared with roughly 60% for thermal curing and 40–70% for UV curing — leaving only point defects instead of solvent pores or microscopic defects. It is a food-grade-safe curing method that eliminates VOCs at the source.

Yellowing Resistance
The dense cured surface keeps out oxygen and UV, preventing yellowing — ideal for balconies and sunlit spaces.
Easy to Clean
Resists staining and bacterial attachment — suited to kitchens, schools, and hospitals.
High Performance
High hardness with wear, scratch, and chemical resistance — suited to flooring and high-end laboratories.
Low Odor
Complete reaction with no substrate odor — suited to bedrooms and children's spaces.

A higher cure degree means a denser cross-linked coating: external oxygen and UV struggle to penetrate (yellowing resistance), staining and bacteria cannot attach (easy to clean), and the surface resists scratching and chemical reagents. EB curing is food-grade safe and eliminates VOCs at the source — from bedrooms and children's spaces to kitchens, hospitals, and laboratories.

04 — Material Platforms

Two cores, two performance profiles

SPC — Stone Plastic Composite

A dense core made by plasticating and extruding PVC resin with stone powder — no adhesives, no heavy metals, no formaldehyde. SPC panels are 100% waterproof with near-zero water absorption, making them ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, and humid commercial interiors. Available in 3.6–5.0 mm thicknesses up to 3200 mm long, in DSPC, DSPC-T, ESPC, and PSPC structures.

LCB — Light Calcium Silicate Board

An inorganic board made by pulping and autoclaving calcium silicate gel with a special fire-resistant glaze. LCB panels achieve Class A fire resistance under EN ISO 1716:2010, produce non-toxic smoke when burned, and survive 100 freeze-thaw cycles without delamination — with an outdoor-rated solid-color structure for exterior walls. Available in 6, 8, and 12 mm thicknesses up to 3030 mm long.

06 — FAQ

Frequently asked questions

INNOMASTER panels combine Italian original design with digital print, EB curing, and advanced core materials. They offer 100% waterproof performance or Class A fire resistance in large-format panels that install directly over existing walls without demolition.

Yes. The direct-bond installation method uses structural adhesive to bond panels directly to ceramic tile, plaster, concrete, plasterboard, and other flat substrates — provided the surface is sound, clean, and level.

LCB wall panels achieve Class A fire resistance tested to EN ISO 1716:2010, with decorative structures rated A2 (DLCB, DLCB-T, DLCB-P-EB) or B1 (PLCB/SPLCB), and produce non-toxic smoke when burned. SPC panels achieve Class 2 under BS 476 Part 7.

LCB panels come in 1200 × 2420 mm and 1200 × 3030 mm at 6, 8, or 12 mm thick. SPC panels come in 1210 × 2450–3200 mm at 3.6, 4.0, 4.5, or 5.0 mm thick. VSPC flooring planks run 1220 × 166 mm at just 8–8.5 mm, with 550 × 550 mm parquet at 13 mm.

For LCB panels, 6 mm boards use metal tile trim or tile grout, while 8 mm and 12 mm boards join grout-free with tongue-and-groove or double-groove edges. For SPC panels, 3.6–4.5 mm boards use tile trim or grout, and the 5.0 mm board joins grout-free with lock splicing.

Electron beam (EB) curing hardens the panel coating with a cure degree above 99% — versus roughly 60% for thermal curing and 40–70% for UV curing. The resulting dense surface resists yellowing, staining, scratching, and chemicals, emits no VOCs, and is food-grade safe, making it suitable for everything from children's rooms to laboratories.

Yes. INNOMASTER products hold CE, French A+, ROHS, ISO 9001/14001, and other certifications, with test reports to EN ISO 1716, BS 476, ASTM, and ISO 4586 standards — suitable for projects across Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East.
